High Hopes offers a variety of therapeutic and educational equestrian programs defined by NARHA as Equine Assisted Activities. These activities are conducted primarily to enhance our participants’ horsemanship skills and provide lifetime opportunities for dynamic recreational exercise. Equine-assisted activities may also be therapeutic if a participant derives benefit, shows improvement or feels better once engaged. These programs include therapeutic riding lessons, carriage driving, vocational training, outreach programs and equine learning programs.
